Chemical Algae Control
Chemicals can be a quick and effective way to control the algae levels in your pond. Any product that has a copper formulation is generally suggested for algae treatment, but it can quickly become cost prohibitive. An alternative to using copper is a liquid peroxide, which can be used on a wide variety of algae control projects both commercial and private.
