OWS Monthly Photo Contest Official Rules
Eligibility
- Contest is open to all OWS customers, except employees of OWS and their immediate family members
- Participants must be legal residents of the United States of America
- Void where prohibited by law
Entry Period
- The contest runs monthly, with submissions closing at 11:59 PM local time on the last day of each month
- Winners will be announced within 10 business days after the end of each month
How to Enter
- Take a photo or video of your OWS product in use
- Complete the official submission form at https://www.outdoorwatersolutions.com/photo-contest
- Include your name, email, phone (optional), product model/name, and a story about your experience (500 characters max)
- Upload your photo/video (accepted formats: jpg, png, mp4)
- Accept the terms and conditions by checking the consent box
Entry Requirements
- All submitted content (photos, videos, and text) must be original work created by the entrant
- Photos/videos must feature genuine OWS products
- Content must not infringe upon any third party’s trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy
- Photos/videos must be in their original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame
- Entries containing inappropriate or offensive content will be disqualified
- Limit of one entry per customer per month
Prizes
- One (1) winner will be selected each month
- Winner will receive their choice of:
- One (1) Pond Care Pack, OR
- $100 discount off their next OWS purchase
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Winner’s content will be featured in the OWS customer gallery and newsletter
Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected based on photo quality and story impact
- Judging will be conducted by OWS representatives
- Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry
- If no response is received within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected
- All judging decisions are final
Rights and Permissions
- By entering the contest, participants grant OWS perpetual, royalty-free permission to use, edit, and distribute their submitted content for marketing purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, email, and print materials
- OWS will credit the creator when possible, but is not obligated to do so
- Participants retain ownership of their submitted content
General Conditions
- OWS reserves the right to verify eligibility of any winner
- OWS reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if necessary
- Entries not submitted through the official submission form will not be accepted
- Violators of these rules will be disqualified and may be banned from future contests
- By submitting an entry, participants agree to be bound by these official rules
