Outdoor Water Solutions – Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 22, 2025

Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a 90-Day Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your eligible item for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all manuals, parts, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required.

  • An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be issued by Outdoor Water Solutions prior to sending items back. Please clearly mark the RMA# on the return package(s).


Non-Returnable or Restricted Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or special-order products such as Powder-Coated Windmills/Parts

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • Products that have been assembled, installed, altered, or used.

  • Consumables (such as replacement parts that have been opened and used).


Restocking Fees

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of assembled or large equipment shipments, including but not limited to windmills, fountains, and electric/solar aeration units.

  • Outdoor Water Solutions reserves the right to assess additional fees if returned items are missing parts, packaging, or show signs of use.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace or exchange the item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange claim.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • To speed up processing, please include photos of the packaging, product, and shipping label.

  • Outdoor Water Solutions will cover the return shipping costs for these cases.


Return Shipping

  • For general returns (not due to defect or error), customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at custserv@outdoorwatersolutions.com or 866-471-1614 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#).

  2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and parts.

  3. Clearly write the RMA# on the outside of the return package.

  4. Ship the item to the address above.


Policy Updates

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
