Outdoor Water Solutions – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Outdoor Water Solutions. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, reliably, and with care. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will ship, available shipping options, and what to expect once your purchase is complete.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom, built-to-order, or large equipment items (such as windmills, fountains, and aeration systems) may require additional processing or production time. Estimated lead times will be listed on the product page or provided after purchase.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Standard delivery times vary based on location and product type:

  • Standard Ground Shipping (Most Products): 3–7 business days
  • Freight Delivery (Large Equipment): 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions.


Free Shipping Over $199

We offer free standard ground shipping on most orders over $199 shipped within the continental United States.

  • This offer applies to most standard parcel-size shipments under 70lbs and under $199
  • Heavy, oversized, or freight-eligible items (e.g., windmills, large aerators, and fountains) may be excluded from free shipping such as Large Wood Windmills, Dock Kits, and Fish Feeders.
  • Taxes, discounts, and gift cards do not count toward the free shipping minimum.

Freight & Oversized Shipments

Some products — including windmills, aeration systems, and large fountains — ship via freight due to their size and weight.

  • Freight shipments require curbside delivery and may require a scheduled delivery appointment.
  • The carrier will typically contact you to arrange delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment.
  • If delivery is attempted and no one is available, redelivery fees may apply.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses primarily within the continental United States.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations may be available by special arrangement. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering.

Canadian Shipping Policy

Outdoor Water Solutions is pleased to offer shipping to our customers in Canada. Please review the following details regarding shipping methods, freighted items, taxes, and duties before placing your order.

Freighted Items (LTL Shipments)

Some larger or heavier products—such as aeration systems, windmills, or other oversized equipment—must be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight.

  • Freighted items will not display a shipping charge at checkout.
  • After you complete your purchase, our team will prepare a custom shipping quote based on your delivery address and product details.
  • You will receive an email with your freight quote within 1 business day from the date of purchase.
  • Shipment will proceed once you review and approve the quoted freight charge.

Standard Parcel Shipping

Smaller items that do not require freight services will have standard shipping rates calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders typically ship via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.

Taxes and Duties

Applicable taxes and import duties will be calculated and displayed as separate line items at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes required by Canadian customs.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the package leaves our warehouse.
  • If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
  • Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping charges to resend.

  • If a shipment is refused or delivery is missed, resulting in a return, outbound and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Take clear photos of the packaging, product, and shipping label to assist with any claims.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
