Shipping & Returns
Your order is extremely important to us. Our goal is to ship each order within 3 to 5 business days as we carry most items in inventory. If this is a powder coated or customized product, such as a large Ornamental or Aeration windmill, we will try to ship within 10-14 business days as each windmill is produced to order. This allows us to vary which parts are painted which color, order unique colors, and to provide a fully customized tailfin.
Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Outdoor Water Solutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- A 15% restocking fee may be applied to assembled shipments including, but not limited to, windmills, fountains, and electric/solar aeration units.
- Upon contacting OWS for a return, an RMA# will be issued. Please write the RMA# on the package(s) being shipped back for identification.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
